These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Development Land website and network ("Service"). By using the Service or submitting your details, you agree to these Terms.

The service we provide

Development Land identifies off-market residential development opportunities in Auckland and shares them with members of our network by email. Joining the network is free. We do not charge you to receive alerts.

No advice or guarantee

Information we provide about opportunities, including zoning, indicative yields, feasibility figures and any estimates, is general information only and may be incomplete or change. It is not financial, legal, investment, valuation or other professional advice. You must carry out your own due diligence and obtain your own independent professional advice before acting on any opportunity. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any opportunity.

Off-market opportunities and holds

Opportunities are made available to network members and may be withdrawn at any time. To hold an opportunity you may be required to sign a conditional Sales & Purchase Agreement with an initial due-diligence period, with any extended due-diligence terms and fees as set out at the time. Specific terms apply on a per-opportunity basis.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you sign up
• Use the Service and any information we share lawfully and in good faith
• Keep confidential any off-market opportunity details shared with you
• Not misuse, copy or redistribute our content without permission

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Development Land and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Development Land is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any opportunity, including any decision to purchase or not purchase a property. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the revision date shown above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
